Our key performance indicators
We track key performance indicators (KPIs) so we can prove we deliver on our promises. Each KPI links to one of our eight pillars, so every score maps straight back to a clear goal.
When the Board signs off the dashboard and first data set in late September 2025, we’ll publish the numbers for all to see. Open reporting lets staff, residents and stakeholders judge where we shine and where we must improve.
Until then, the plans below outline our approach. With Board approval, the Midlands Campus Programme Dashboard—the engine for building, funding and mobilising the organisation—will go live at the end of July.
Our reporting commitments
Ignis Lodge has indicators for each pillar of our business. From each we select a small number of key performance indicators which we will use to measure the performance of that pillar.
We are currently completing the publication of our policies. The next release is during July where we expect to agree our key indicators at a board meeting on 30 July 2025. Shortly after this meeting, and within 21 days, we will publish the table of approved indicators.
After agreeing our indicators, we will begin capturing data through our management system (The Foundry). We expect to be able to capture data for July, August and September. No dashboards will be published during this period to allow the organisation to continue mobilising and onboarding. The board will ratify the data capture phase on September 24th 2025.
The organisation will, however, publish the Midlands Campus Programme dashboard to report delivery progress and performance. This will be published alongside board minutes within 21 days of the July, August and September meetings.
On 29 October 2025, Ignis Lodge will hold the annual general meeting. This will mark the completion of our mobilised governance, all policies and the beginning of the Midlands Campus handover period. At this point, the Ignis Lodge board commence their published cadence of meetings which includes the key indicator reporting and publication schedule for this website.
